Kölsch-inspired beer. Clean and crispy from weeks of lagering with a distinct soft and delicate ester profile balanced by a light German Tettnang hop addition. Extremely crushable. Floral, bready, clean, quaffable.

Clear light gold. Good bready malt aroma and flavor with a nice touch of floral hop character. Nicely balanced. Light to medium bodied with a nice crisp clean finish. Solid example of the style.

The beer pours a nice white head that dissipates at a moderate pace. The beer itself is a clear pale straw yellow that looks really nice.
The smell is wonderful. It has a light flower note among a sweet honey malt note and light bitter earthy and flowery lavender hop note.
The taste is also pretty good. It has more of the bitterness of the hop note without losing any of the lavender from it. The beer finishes with a light sweet honey malt note.
The feel is good. It has a medium body and some fizzy carbonation at the finish.
Overall, a very good beer for the style and overall. I definitely recommend this one for the warmer months though.
