On tap: Pours think and orange to the point where it almost looks like a fruit drink.
Feels like velvet on your tongue and leaves a pleasant sensation. Not bitter at all. It feels kind of thick compared to other great NE IPA's which sets it apart a bit in a good way. It gives off a typical fruity smell. For ale this thick, you would think the foam would hold and stick to the class, but it does dissipate fast and does not stick as far as I could see.
Even at 8.5% ABV, this stuff goes down so easy. Better have a designated driver.
I like experimenting with their brews, but since they(Veil) put a name on almost every keg that comes out of there, I'm not sure you will be able to find this great brew. I sampled two pints at Sedona Tap House in Midlothian, VA.

On tap, pours a dark hazy orange. Little head and not much lacing. Decent IIPA from Veil, but not their best. Lacks that explosive hoppiness that I look for from them.

On tap:
Pours aN opaque mango orange juice color/appearance. Head is ok, but the resulting ring provides some nice micro-lacing.
Smell is overripe papaya and sweet orange juice. Taste is a medium sweet juicy opening that matches the nose. Brewery site doesn’t mention a sugar addition, but it wouldn’t surprise me if there was a touch of it in here.
Balancing bitterness keeps this from being as sweet as I have stated so far. A little classic pith and pine involved, but again, it just balances the sweeter fruit notes of the opening.
A lower bittered, mildly sweet, juicy offering with a medium body, fairly soft feel.
