West Coast style DIPA brewed with our friends at Monkish Brewing. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Enigma give plenty of tropical juicy hop flavor with a subtle bitterness, and pleasant piney finish.

A couple of pint cans from a care package sent by my friend from the Richmond area.
Canned on 01/21/20. Served in a pint glass.
Look- Somewhat hazy golden orange color, A large pillowy bright white head that slowly recedes to a thick cap of foam, ample lacing. moderate carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Citrus (orange/tangerine, grapefruit and lemon/lime), stone fruit (peach/nectarine and apricot), tropical fruit (mango, guava and passionfruit), resinous pine and assorted berries, some grainy malt and grassy/herbal notes.
Taste- Aromas from the hops translate nicely in to the flavor with minimal residual bitterness. Pretty damn juicy.
Feel- Medium bodied with a nice, creamy soft, lightly bitter finish, the alcohol is hidden well. Average carbonation on the tongue.
O- I don't know if this could be classified as a west coast DIPA like they called it. More like a hybrid of west coast and east coast style DIPAs. A nice offering though, worth checking out.
