Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months, then maple bourbon barrels for 18 months, then conditioned on toasted and fresh coconut as well as Videri Chocolate cocoa nibs. Tastes like rich chocolate coconut pie, chocolate syrup, and macaroons.

It pours like balsamic glaze that you overboiled. It’s black, dense.. maybe the thickest beer I’ve ever seen. You could paint the walls with this, and get decent coverage. Aroma is a bit more savory than I prefer (maybe that’s the Scandinavian Omnipollo influence), but it just smells like coconut candy. Tastes of coconut bourbon, maple candy, salty tobacco, bacon, and bitter dark chocolate. Feels like swallowing a brick. It’s Veil to the full effect. This beer will blow your mind.
