Collaboration with Omnipollo
Tefnut Cosmic Fruit Cream Tart is a cosmic Imperial Gose in collaboration with Omnipollo brewed with loads of milk sugar, dragonfruit, raspberries, apricot, and mango. For each version of Tefnut we put our heads together with Omnipollo to reimagine what a fruit beer can be via new processes and fruit volumes. Reminiscent of a creamy sorbet mixed with a tropical outer space tiki smoothie. Also brewed to celebrate our 4th Anniversary.

Presentation: 16 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom. Served in a Lenox Tuscany IPA glass.
Appearance: It pours an extremely murky, red-orange color with basically no head. It doesn't leave behind any lacing either.
Smell: It's a fruity aroma of raspberry, dragon fruit and canned apricots.
Taste: Very juicy and fruity with strong acidic notes of raspberry, mango and dragon fruit. There's a good balance between the tartness and sugary sweetness.
Mouthfeel: It's extremely thick, rich, silky smooth and creamy with low carbonation. It doesn't get cloying despite the huge fruit presence and sweetness.
Overall: It's objectively good. There's no strange flavors or anything off about it. That being said, this stretches the limit of what most people would think a beer is. This is closer to a fruit smoothie in taste and texture then anything else. So your enjoyment will hinge on where you stand in regards to that.

This looks like V8 Splash, and tastes like a melted blended cocktail. Tons of fruit, but finishes very hot. The 10% is not well hidden. It’s a beast, and it feels like it.

16 oz. can from late April, 2020, poured into Aslin juice bomb glass because it's right.
L: It looks just like a blueberry/blackberry/raspberry smoothie - purple/red, thick.
S: It smells just like a berry/mango/tropical fruit smoothie. Just ridiculously good.
T: Berries, mango, apricot, tropical fruits, just insane. Milk sugar provides body and sweetness. ABV very well-hidden and finish is neither bitter nor hot.
F: Full-bodied, no carbonation, really. Superbly balanced and constructed. Drinks frighteningly well and one could easily mistake this for a virgin smoothie except when the world gets all spinny after 2 in an hour.
O: Yeah, I feel a little weird giving this a high rating because it definitely stretches the definition of beer, but it is so, so, so good. I don't really get much of the sour, or coriander, or saline of a Gose...but honestly, I just don't care.
WARNING: Two of these consumed in less than an hour is like a bottle of wine in terms of alcohol content. You will feel it.
