Gladiola Pumpernickel is a 5.4% open fermented Hefeweizen fermented at higher temperatures than Braühaüsenweisse, dry-hopped subtlety with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops from Germany. Effervescent, floral, crackers, dry, earthy. Tastes like taking a spin on a hay-ride through a field of flowers with your grandmama on a nice spring afternoon.

Look: It pours hazy yellow with a white head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: It has a strong bready doughy aroma up front. There is a slight nut element with hints of banana and clove.
Taste: The flavor is on the sweet side with bread, dough, and bubble gum featuring up front. There are some low nut elements with low banana and clove in the background.
Feel: It has a medium body with an aftertaste tilted towards the sweet side.
Overall, not a traditional Hefeweizen, but a very interesting beer with quality tasty elements.
