Imperial Stout that is treated with our proprietary *Enhanced* treatment. This treatment involved a few things including the blending in of 21 month old barrel aged Hollow Place. This batch is truly crushed with Oreo and Coconut. If you’ve enjoyed our Oreo or Coconut beers in the past you will be pleased. Thick and oily as if you actually left a whole stack of Oreos in a glass of Imperial Stout then blended it with a handful of moist shredded coconut.

I’m not sure this is beer. It’s as thick and as sweet as Hershey’s syrup. Might be better poured over ice cream instead of poured into a glass.

Huge fluffy head on the initial pour, but it quickly dissipated. Swirling the glass leaves heavy syrupy lacing.

Aroma is the best part of the beer. Smells like boozy chocolate syrup.

Flavor is more chocolate syrup than Bourbon.

Mouthfeel is one of the thickest beers I’ve ever had, but it’s velvety and lacks any carbonation.

The beer pours a heavy dark brown and bubbly head that dissipates at a moderate pace. The beer itself is a deep and dark black that looks very nice. The texture seems to be pretty thick and oily.

The smell is indulgent. The oreo notes come right up front of everything and cover it all up before giving way to a sweet and delicious milk chocolate note.

The taste is just as indulgent. The main difference is the oreo is a bit restrained before coming out full blast in the finish. The coconut manages to come out a little bit before being engulfed by oreo and chocolate.

The mouthfeel is good. It has a really heavy body that feels like partially melted chocolate and a particularly thick texture. Very little carbonation.

Overall, this a fantastic beer that can only be described as indulgent.

Thick, viscous, opaque pour into tulip.
Dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla and that unmistakable Oreo aroma.
Barrel and chocolate with a nice, smooth coconut flavor, The Oreo, vanilla and crumble add to the lingering richness of the brew.
Thick, chewy, over the top granulated sugar.
A dessert sipper.
