Imperial Gose in collaboration with Omnipollo brewed with incredible amounts of blackberries, black currants, activated charcoal, and black lava salt. For each version of Tefnut we put our heads together with @omnipollo to reimagine what a fruit beer can be via new processes and fruit volumes. Tastes like triple berry cobbler, smashed/pitted cherries, black currant cordial, sour red lifesavers, and berry compote.

On draft at the veil Norfolk
Look: Straight black currant juice with a thin blackberry juice colored head
Smell:Tart and juicy. Berry cobbler, black currant, salinity, and black berry jam.
Taste: Straight black currant juice, with berry gummies, and berry cobbler thrown in. Finish is mildly tart with a nice salinity.
Feel: Drinks like straight up juice. Medium acidity. Light please text tart. No alcohol at all.
Overall: A pretty wild beer. Pushes the boundaries but doesn’t sacrifice taste. Excellent.
