A: Pours a thick opaque bright purplish red in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate purple + garnet + wine + dark pink colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy creamy foamy dark pink head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of slightly sweet, slightly tart raspberries + blackberries + strawberries over the top of very light aromas fo slightly sour wheat malts with minimal sweetness and a light aroma of lacto lemon tartness. Hints of brininess.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with minimal sweetness and a light aroma of lacto lemon tartness. That is followed by strong flavors of sweet and slightly tart raspberries + blackberries + strawberries which linger well through the finish. Hints of brininess.
M: Full bodied with light to moderate amounts of carbonation. Thick, almost chunky like a smoothie.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a thick almost chunky smoothie-like mouthfeel. Very enjoyable with great berries flavors and aromas highlighting both the tartness and sweetness.
