Collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing NYC
It’s another overindulged Imperial Berliner Gose brewed with lots of soft wheat, marshmallow, vanilla salt, plus huge quantities of blackberry & pear purées. Tastes like a bite of fruit frosting, pillowy mallows, and confectionary bliss.

No canning date. Can to snifter.
Look: Pours a muddy dark red with a bubbly light red head.
Smell: Sweet red berries, cherry and vanilla. Even a bit salty.
Taste: Ripe red apple, cherry and pear. Sweet vanilla. notes of cinnamon and a slightly salty finish.
Feel: Thick and juicy.
Overall: Even though blackberry and pear are the only fruits used for this beer, the combination with marshmallow, vanilla and salt evokes notes of red apple and cherry. With its thick mouthfeel, it drinks like a red smoothie with just a hint of salt that reminds you of the fact that the base beer is supposed to be a Berliner (?) Gose. That being said, it's a very good beer and I quite enjoyed drinking it.

Sweet and tart blackberry and heavy marshmallow nose on this one! Taste follows with sweet blackberry, marshmallow-vanilla, and a berry-tart finish...not much pear, but that is alright with me! Outstanding!!!
