Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is murky/hazy straw, head is brighter white, head presents one finger thick, then dissipates to solid top with lacing on glass sides.

Smell is sharp, catty, backed by tropical and lighter citrus, light herbal notes, some biscuit.

Taste is sharper onion, cattiness, lighter tropical, herbal notes, biscuit and oats, light sweetness.

Mouthfeel is lower carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness and some drying, lingering sharpness on tongue.

Overall a more bitter/dry hazy ipa - less juiciness more herbal/onion character with matching bitter mouthfeel.
