Belgian Table Beer that was naturally cooled overnight in our rooftop koelschip then fermented and aged in red wine barrels with Brettanomyces for 13 months then conditioned on second use blackberries and raspberries. Impressions of bubbly champagne and raspberry fruit tape with a soft little finish that isn’t too acidic. Bottle conditioned for 16 months.
