DDH Imperial version of Stay Hydrate. We took one of our favorite, most mouth-watering IPAs and ramped it up the intensity and ABV, then blasted it with a double dose of dry-hops. Brewed with high-quality Pilsner malt plus a pile of oats and wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Galaxy, then dry-hopped with Citra, Galaxy and Motueka, plus Citra Cryo for extra saturation. Juicy notes of creamy melon, cantelope, and key lime.

A: Pours a milky murky bright mango orangish yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright orange + pale orange + bright yellow + pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/lime + topical/melon + tropical/mango hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/lime + topical/melon + tropical/mango hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness along with some moderate lingering citrus + melon hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with lots of citrus + melon hops.
