Eternal Slumber 2023 is an Imperial Stout aged in E.H. Taylor, Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, and maple bourbon barrels for an average of 25 months conditioned on Mexican and Colombian coffee beans, madagascar vanilla beans, Colombian cacao nibs, Vietnamese cinnamon, and ancho chilis.

500 ml bottle
pours jet black with a dark brown head that quickly fades. nice aroma of dark chocolate, espresso, oaky vanilla, mild smokey chili. I get the cinnamon more the the flavor. moderately sweet. very full bodied, sticky smooth mouthfeel. overall very nice but I've had a few beers with these same combination of adjuncts that I've enjoyed a bit more and for less than the $25 price tag of this bottle. But no regrets.
