TDH West Coast IPA brewed with El Dorado, Nelson, Amarillo and CTZ. Clean and relatively dry with an emphasis on the juicy El Dorado and incredible Nelson Sauvin, supported by a bit of pine and resin oil.

Triple Dry Hopped, yes Triple goodness!
Color is a bit darker than orange juice. Super white head. Nose is full on orange juice, juicy indeed! Taste is slightly piney and orange juice abounds. On the backend we get only an ever so slight hint at bitterness. The flavor lasts forever!

Pours cloudy orange color with a 2 finger thick foamy white head that was packed with bubbles of all sizes, dissipating in average time, leaving decent lacing. Smells of tangerine, caramel, orange juice, guava, musty grapes, pine cones, biscuit, hints of dry floral hops, tea leaf and lemon zest. Not as potent as other IPA's by The Veil. Tastes like biscuit, lemon zest, peppery spices and dry chalky yeast up front, followed by grapefruit, orange peel, yuzu, pine cones, Saltine crackers, dry fruity candy like Razzles, more bready notes, musty grapes and a shit-ton of dry hop leaves. The can lists "TDH West Coast IPA", and that describes it pretty much spot on as it definitely has that Sierra Nevada influence. This was a very dry brew that finished with a chalky feel on the tongue. Very mild carbonation and a low level of bitterness, this TIPA is geared towards someone who likes spicier IPA's.

Canned 8/14/23 (2.5 months ago)
Appearance: Pours a nearly hazy (30% clarity) deep and rich orange color with a large white head htat lingers. SRM of 10-11. (4.25)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange and lemon citrus, upfront, some juicy pineapple and white grape Notes. Some floral citrus notes linger off the finish. Clean. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors of lemon and grapefruit, citrus upfront, this quickly dissolves into a strong, white, grape and venous flavor. Then back to the citrus with some pine that lingers off the end for a bite with a moderately better finish. Juicy, better mildly sweet. (4.25)
Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, juiciness and pine linger off the finish. (3.75)
Compared to Phase 3 Blooming Sun 10/2023: Pours similar, stronger aromas. More juicy lemon, white grape, pineapple. Less resinous pine and tangerine, and grapefruit. Juicier.
Overall: West-Coast, but triple dry-hopped with a bunch of New Zealand. Tons of juicy grapefruit, pineapple, white grape, and pine. Also seems like it has more bitterness, but I think the triple dry-hopping probably plays a role in the hop bite as well. Sort of seems like a hopped-up version of Surly Axe Man. Not traditional, but very enjoyable. (Rating: 4.09)

On self-pour at First Draft in Denver. Nice and cold, hoppy, plenty of head.
