I Love to Laugh is a West Coast-inspired IPA brewed with two types of wheat and 100% New Zealand Cascade hops from @freestylehops. Designed from grain to glass by our Brewer, Brent. New Zealand Cascade hops are more tropical than traditional U.S. grown Cascade hops. Notes of white grapefruit and papaya are jumping from the glass. Relatively dry, crisp, and tropical.

L-Strawberry golden colored ipa with a soapy white head. Strong carbonation (the beer exploded when I opened it).
S- Strong mandarin orange, sugary malt, raison, and pine resin. Subtle esters and barnyard on the back end.
T-Piggybacks off the nose a bit, but much more subdued. Without any sweetness at all, really, there are malty hints of caramel and mandarin orange up front. Piney resinous hop follows at the back end with a subtle, but rewarding bitter bite. Slight booze at the end.
F- Shockingly dry, but it works really well with the flavor profile and notes. Carbonation is minimal, but comes to life on the sip.
O- I'd say this beer is a good time. Very interesting for sure. Not exactly sure if I would call this a West Coast, but honestly, it is a bit of an older can, so it could be more like the style if it was fresh. (think this can is over 8 months old) Would certainly love to try it again, if it were fresh.

Pours from the can with a slightly hazy glow. Strawberry straw and some pine notes on the nose, with a light grassy note joining it on the sip. Lingering finish. Wonderfully enjoyable. Thanks to my brother for this one!
