DIPA hopped in the whirlpool with Galaxy and Citra, then dry-hopped with the cool blend of Simcoe, Vic Secret and Galaxy. We threw some Citra and Simcoe Cryo to bring it up a notch. Concentrated, extra soft impressions of gushers, and sweet tangerine slices.

A - Opaque dark medium golden tan color with dense, frothy white lacing and creamy foam.
S - Some sweet malt, pineapple, pine, and apricot.
T - Sweet malt base from start to finish with light fruitiness, pine, residual pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, peach, some spicy fruit rind, and apricot with a light pine bitterness on the back side.
M - Big chewy medium body that's pillowy soft.
O - The beer is two months old so went in with an open mind. It's solid, not memoprable, and would like to try it again with less age on it. Definitely a solid four which is impressive for the age.
