Not Not You You Too Too is a DDH West Coast-style Double IPA inspired by some of our favorite West Coast beers. Tastes like pleasantly resinous blood orange hard candies and citrus rind.

Hazy pale yellow appearance, foamy white head, great retention and lacing. Citrus, grapefruit, orange, bitter hops, faint dankness. Moderate to thick mouthfeel, moderate carbonation.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, medium golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 8. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange citrus, resinous, tangerine, pine underneath. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange citrus, tangerine, some resinous melon, and pine off the end. A mild bitterness. (4.00)
Feel: Medium heavier, body, appropriate, carbonation, finishes, smooth, sweet and resonance with a mild bitterness. (4.00)
Compared to Fair State Bonk City 1/2024: Pours similar, milder head. Stronger aromas. More orange, tangerinke, resinous melon and pine. Less lemon, banana, mango, and yeast. More ibtter and resinous pine. Winner: The Veil
Overall: Definitely the worst beer names of any brewery I know. Still a good and hoppy IPA. Authentic west-coast flavors. A bit juicy, and a mild bitterness. The flavors are spot on though. Very enjoyable and this DDH and juicy West-coast hybrid-style IPA is growing on me. (Rating: 4.00)

16oz can. Bottom stamp reads 'PKGD ON 11/27/2023'. Beers from The Veil are not often seen sold in Minnesota. We will have to see if this was from an occasional drop or if it will become a regularity.
Hazy, deep gold colored body. One thick finger of white head upon pouring reduces to a creamy partial cap and high ring.
Aroma of orange and dank weed resin. Leaves behind two partial rings of lacing.
Taste has a proper bitterness appear at the very end of the taste profile. Sweet flavors from the onset - orange, lemon, green melon, and a bit of strawberry. Throughout there is the appearance of dank weed resin, which brings a woody aspect to the brew. More bitter, and then sweet again in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouth feel, with a soft texture with a touch of stickiness. Higher ABV% is hidden but promotes the sweetness. Good carbonation.
Far from a classic West Coast IPA because of its soft texture, lack of body clarity, and only a momentary appearance of bitterness. Still a decadent IPA.
