Hand-selected blend of two of our favorite beers. All That You Are (spelt Farmhouse-inspired Ale) is blended with Make You Feel (open-fermented Farmhouse-inspired Ale) and then conditioned on five different types of cherries. Refined and effervescent notes of cherry wine and tart cherry cobbler. Package-conditioned.

750ml green bottle. Capped and corked. Label provides the bottling date of 'JUNE 2021'.
When back lit, the body is cherry red in color, but away from light the body color is a combination of brown and red. Brief pinkish colored head. Maintains a very thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma of leather and horse blanket funk, with oak and cherry.
Taste is cherry fruit sweet but also quite tart. Oak and vanilla. The funk is subtle and has the flavor of hay. Acidic, and with a depth of cherry flavors, including pie filling and jam.
Medium mouth feel. Dry finish but not so tart as to scrape the teeth. Good carbonation.
Cherries used to good effect to slightly sweeten the brew and to provide a range of cherry flavors.
