Hazy DIPA brewed with Mosaic Lupulin Powder, Motueka and Nelson. We aimed to make this one insanely juicy, super full bodied, virtually zero bitterness, with an opaque haziness. Blasting with great hop aroma and flavor! This base recipe may be here to stay.

From a three-week-old can, pours a very hazy bold orange. Off-white head of foam leaves a good bit of lacing. Pineapple is the initial smell, transitioning to citrus, white grape, and musky, savory herbs. Taste follows. This is a top-tier New England IIPA.
