Doom Mirage Hazy IPA - a mash-up of two of our faves, Doom Volume and New Mirage. The marriage turned out great. It starts with a complex fluffy base of 2-row, malted wheat/oats and flaked wheat/oats. It then get hit with Citra, Strata, Galaxy, Simcoe and Mosaic.

16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a hazy golden orange with a one finger creamy white head that has good retention
S- Zesty citrus and garlic hop aroma initially, with undertones of mango, grass & a hint of pineapple
T- Initial tropical hop notes gives flavors of mango, peach and pineapple. Mid-palate gives zesty grapefruit and tangerine, along with some grassy notes. The finish gives more bitter zesty citrus that sticks around on the linger
M- medium body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a slightly creamy finish
