Hazy DIPA with Citra, Nelson and Mosaic hops. Brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends from the UK, @cloudwaterbrew, they released a version themselves last week! The V-series is a series of beers developed by Cloudwater over the years, during which they conducted "experiments across nearly all of the decision points in hoppy beer brewing." For this release, we really wanted to focus on temperature modulation of the wort/beer throughout its fermentation. "In V17, we have used temperature changes to produce both a cleaner, more precise, and simultaneously more juicy and fruity beer.
