wildferrari (9%) is our luxuriously soft Double India Pale Ale 100% fermented with a super fruity wild yeast strain called Brettanomyces Claussenii. Known for producing pineapple and earthy hay-like aromas, this wild yeast strain goes perfectly with the base beer hopped carefully with Galaxy hops from Australia and Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest. We’ve dreamt of how a wild version of our beloved whiteferrari would turn out and we are super stoked about the final product. Think a 9% earthy, fruity, funky Belgian pale ale crossed with our flagship hazy DIPA.
