No date on can, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a brilliant but dark yellow, nice foam. Aroma kicks ass. Heavy grapefruit, very dank, quite bitter. Flavor follows nose. Fruity grapefruit and some dankness up front followed by an intense, powerful bitterness. Very little malt character except on the very back end. Crisp and medium bodied, and quite refreshing.
This one makes great use of new school hop flavors to achieve the same goal of old school WCIPAs: gnarly bitterness and a clean, snappy finish.
