The truffle does not dominate, but its aroma and taste are just strong enough to make this beer unenjoyable.

A - Opaque deep cherry colored pour with very dense bright pink cherry creamy foam.
S - Smells like a big fruity milkshake with cherry, marshmallow, and blackberry.
T - Very fruity with a touch of fruit sourness. Tart blackberry and cherry along with sweet marshmallow. Starts puckering sweet and ends puckering sweet.
M - Thick like a milkshake and a puckering finish that leaves that palate wet with some drying in the middle of the tongue.
O - Not my style but it is hitting the spot.
