Our anniversary Imperial Stout Sleeping Forever aged in a blend of Willett and Russel Reserve Bourbon barrels for an average of 34 months. We took that blend and conditioned it on hundreds and hundreds of lbs of chocolate sandwich cookies. Notes of melty chocolate fudge, creamy vanilla frosting on a vanilla cupcake, assertive but approachable Bourbon heat, and sticky chocolate chip cookie dough

Look - Pours a super thick black color, with plenty of carbonation right after the pour, but no head. A very thick lacing when swirled.
Smell - The Oreo cookie is the dominant smell.
Taste - Predominantly Oreo cookies, with a slight hint of bourbon.
Feel - I can feel bits of Oreo cookie in the beer. I don't mind it; in fact I kind of like it. Goes down easy for 14%ABV. Nicely creamy.
Overall - I didn't mind the Oreo cookie sediment at all. This is a really good stout.
