Xtreme Slumber

A blend of Double Barrel Eternal Slumber: Extended Age which is a blend Sleeping Forever aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon, French Cognac, Laird’s Apple Brandy, and BLiS Bourbon maple syrup barrels aged for approx 18 months. That blend was then aged again in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for additional 36 months(12 more months than 2025 Double Barrel Eternal Slumber). We took those barrels and blended them with Sleeping Forever Xtreme: Extended Age(which is the amplified version of Sleeping Forever intentionally designed to have more body and a higher ABV) aged in Old Fitz, Elijah Craig 8yr, and Laird’s Apple Brandy barrels for 32 months(12 more months than 2025 Sleeping Forever Xtreme). We took that blend and conditioned it on a classic combo of freshly ground Vietnamese Cinnamon and fresh whole bean Madagascar Vanilla. The final result is a spectacular one-off that we will never be able to recreate. Notes of chocolate syrup drenched vanilla bean ice cream, Bourbon soaked dark chocolate, your granny’s sticky toffee pudding, and caramel nougat filled chocoate candy bars.
