The amplified version of our 2017 collaboration with our good buds Omnipollo - This Hazy Oat TIPA was brewed with hundreds of lbs of flaked and malted oats as well as gallons and gallons of oat milk in the whirlpool. We then hopped it intensely with the freshest Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson we could get our hands on. Velvety soft, juicy citrus, beautiful opacity, with a hidden 11%, this is one incredibly drinkable TIPA.

Hazy white grapefruit juice. Nice balance of citrus, berry and white wine hop aroma and flavor. Not very boozy. Nicely balance with little to no bitterness. Medium bodied for 11% with a nice juicy hop finish.
