The return of one of our highest rated adjunct stouts, now double barrel aged. Brewed in winter 2023 with Monkish, Trillium, Other Half NYC and Cloudwater, then aged 15 months in freshly dumped Laird's Apple Brandy barrels, extracted and racked into a second round of fresh barrels for an additional 12 months. Conditioned on vanilla beans, cinnamon and maple syrup for a full French toast expression, with slightly more restrained adjuncts than the original.
