04/20/26. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy bright gold with 2-finger frothy white head with good retention and thick stripes of lacing.
S: Bright fruity high-intensity aroma with passion fruit, guava, pineapple, tangerine, and lemon-lime. There is a light herbal green hoppy note in the background. Balanced and very inviting. Esters as low and fruity.
T: Flavor is dynamite also with slightly sweet fruit-filled deliciousness with pineapple, guava, passion fruit, and concentrated mandarin orange juice. Esters are low. Slight melon in the aftertaste.
M: Feel is excellent for the hazy DIPA style with medium body, moderate carbonation, and full finish.
O: I just had Forgiven earlier this week and I think Chill 10th B-Day DDH hazy DIPA eclipses it - delicious with just the slightest green hop edge which supports the beautiful fruitiness rather than dominates it. Exceptional hazy DIPA.
