A lovely light ale with the aroma of fresh cut summer grass, with lime peel and apple orchard edges. Very bright and summery.
Taste is lightly grainy, crackery, with a well placed bite of earthy herbs and lemon peel.
Feel is prickly carbonation on the front end that smooths out nicely and ends softly.
Overall this is a wonderful beer for day drinking and nice weather. Goes great with rich, spicy food, sunshine, rivers, flowers, and leads to a happy life!
