This beer is a wonderful table beer, subtle, simple, and easy to drink. The soft pear skin flavor compliments the gentle bready.malts and melds with the yeast esters smoothly. A little bitterness keeps it balanced and the whole thing goes down smooth
Clear golden brew that sports a large white head, bubbling down and leaving some lacing in it's wake
Smells like soft bread and pear skins.
Taste is a gentle pear with a soft graininess and earthy bitterness.
