Pours a lightly hazy, medium golden amber with a one finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, orange, grapefruit, light tropical fruit. Flavor follows with caramel malt, citrus, dank and lightly piney hops, orange, lemon, pine, a touch of catty dankness and mixed tropical fruit. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess, nice mouth feel. A classic old style West Coast IPA that is exactly what I like to find these days. Flavorful malt, great hop bill with clear citrus notes, but other interesting flavors mixed in. Good pine in the finish. All round well done. Glad I got to try this one.

One of my favorite IPAs from an LA brewery. Happy to see this will be a staple.
