Thirst quenching, light and dry saison. Subtle notes of pepper and lemon. Dry hopped with Azacca hops lending a nice fruity and citrusy aroma.

Poured from a can into a tulip glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed golden color with a huge head of puffy white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading slowly over time and leaving islands of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a cracker malt mixed with some sour lemon and a bit og green apple. Along with these smells comes notes of yeast and a touch of funk.
Taste – The taste begins with a Slightly sour lemon flavor paired with a cracker and biscuit malt and a bit of yeast. As the taste advances the sourness increases a touch with more lemon and a good deal of sour green apple. Toward the end there is a bit of hay and a touch of funk rounding it out, leaving a rather crisp and moderately soured taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is light and crisp with a higher carbonation level. For the style and the tastes, the feel is great and makes for a nice crisp sipper.
Overall – A nice good and easy drinking farmhouse with a decent showing of sour. A good session style brew.

Pours a foamy head that doesn’t stick around. Golden in color. Light, almost champagne-y texture. The flavor is Miller High Life gone wrong: - light body but lip-pucker sour without the flavor follow-up of a Gose. I’ll avoid this one in the future
