I tried an 8oz'er of this beer off the tapper the brewery whilst in LaCrosse, Wisconsin for my daughter's senior night of gymnastics. It poured a clear pale golden with thin white ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had grain and clove notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain and hefeweisen clove presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with subtle carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Pats bier pours a golden color with a small lacing head. Sweet aroma with hints of banana. Taste is creamy sweet with hints of banana. Good feel. Overall sweeter and creamy.
