A - Pours a clear pale Golden colour with a thick White head that stays the distance and laces
S - Insane aromas of citrus lemon, sherbet. Very big aromas
T - Well not like the aromas the initial flavour is boozy White wine that is very well balanced the ending is very long and the main flavours are citrus and grain in plentiful amounts. A tiny bit sticky on the finish but does not let you down.
M - A much lighter body than a Fantome or Dupont but it works very well with the flavours. It works for what it is. It is not trying to be a Fantome
O - Outstanding beer that capture what a great Saison is about. The unfiltered appearance is not a distraction at all. Make no mistake this is a great Saison in its own right and grab one or two if you see it. Yet another quality Belgian beer from this brewery. Now rivaling Artisan itself as the primary Belgian inspired beer producer in Australia.
