Dry, Spicy, with complex fruit esters and a warm finish. Brewed with Swaen Belgian malts, Grains of Paradise, orange peel, coriander, and a proprietary blended yeast. MALTS: Belgian Pils & Red malt. HOPS: Styrian Cardinal, East Kent Goldings. IBUs: 15

16 ounce draft pour into a chalice at the brewery.
L: Lively clear gold pour, 1 finger white head diminishes to a ring eventually but never disappears.
S:Moderate strength nose, light spice, white grape, hints of Belgian yeast.
T: Fairly dry start to finish, starts more fruity and ends spicy with zesty citrus bitterness, white grape, orange zest and coriander stand out, nothing overpowering.
F: Light bodied, high carbonation, crisp overall softening at the finish.
O: Solid and enjoyable example.
