Poured from a 650 ml bottle. 5.75 ABV , 30 IBU . Fresh Centennial hops ,Pale, UK Amber,Crystal 75 malts.
A: pours a Fairly dark copper with at hin off white head with a bit of sticky lacing.
S: Strong candy caramel nose some coffee and wet hops.
T: A nice bitter sweet toffee caramel hit. Hops are there but very subtle.
F: Nice carbonation maybe a bit over malted but the hops seem to smooth it out.
O: A nice British style (My opinion) Fresh Hopped ESB a little over sweet but worth a bottle or2 for sure.
