Appearance: Lemony-pale-straw yellow with a light haze. A foamy one finger head made of small tight bubbles with medium dissipation and very little lacing.
Aromatics: bright and fruity-sour lemon.
Taste: Starts of with a ever so slightly sweet sour lemon flavour much like sour lemon gummie candy, and has a bit of an oaky-berry linger followed by a tinge of spice at the tail. I agree that it is actually more tart than sour.
Feel: Bright and fluid, a smooth medium wash over the palate with a crisp and clean finish.
Overall: Not a bad sour, I loved the bright and fresh zest. Not overly complex and a fairly well balanced sour.

Dirty straw with a light haze, pours a nice head, but no real retention or lace.
Light spice and tartness (crisp apple?) in the aroma with some underlying berries.
I'd say it's more tart than sour, but there is a light San Francisco sour dough bread flavour. There is a nice blackberry flavour too.
Moderate body has a crisp finish.
