16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Can is dated 2024-01-23.
Pours clear light burnished gold, small 1-1.5cm head, some visible carbonation. Smell is floral and grassy with a clear lemon-fresh note. Some yeasty/breadiness.
Taste is along the same lines, but with a strong bitter vein start to finish -- barky and piney. Nice honeysuckle and bread sweetness attempting to balance it out.
Mouthfeel is pretty light, slight resinous film feeling. Overall, nice beer.
