Hazy apricot body with a fine head.
The aroma is a bit more fruity, but nearly sans banana, than a typical German version. There are hints of citrus, especially orange, in this version.
Medium body and carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Opaque and cloudy, pale yellow color with a healthy white head. Aroma was lacking, almost non-existent. Good taste, yeasty, light essence of banana bread. Not overblown with your typical hefe flavor, which I think actually improved the drinkability. Pretty nice overall.
