Just the right balance of complex malt, a touch of roasted malt and good old American hops. Let it warm up - it's a great American Stout.

On tap served in a 10 or 12 ounce tulip glass. They didn't tell me the serving size.
L---Impenetrable, dark brown color. Nice head with ok retention and pretty good lacing.
S---Rich & malty. Cocoa & coffee are present.
T---Layered maltiness. Cocoa is more prominent than the coffee, but both are noticeable.
F---Creamy & rich. Coating. Full mouthfeel.
O---A good beer from a brewery I've never heard of, but just decided to try. I could drink a lot of this stuff.
