A: Bready white and textured head of two inches rests above a dark tangerine colored body. Bready finger lace deposits. Nice yeasty suspension and collection on the bottom of the vessel. Thick stratified lace rings descend down the glass walls.
S: Aroma is fresh and wet, full of fresh green melon and citrus juice upfront. Juicy pine resins and sweetened grapefruit on the trail. Solid strength, clean individual qualities. Some wet grassy oranges round out.
T: Sharp bite of of tangy grassy oranges and bittering citrus on the opening flavor. Full of sticky pine resins with an wet and grassy hop after-taste. Dank grapefruit with a prominent flowery dry hop fade. Spicy citra alcohol and pine close out.
M: Sticky hop resins, frothy on the tongue with a flowery dry fade.
O: Solid and strongly expressed centennial hop traits, don't think you can squeeze any more flavor out of a single hop then with this. Bittering dry flowery finish, grassy-orange, and grapefruit, citrus and pine resins are prominent. Sticky and dank, outstanding flavor and outstanding drinkability. Very complex for a single hop, much more so then many multiple hopped beers. Spicy citra alcohol bite is the finale.
