12 oz can from near the brewery in Media served in a lager glass.
Appearance. Clear dark amber colored body with a decent off-white head.
Aroma. Good mix of hops and malts.
Flavor. Follows the aroma but has some dynamics, mainly sweet malts and toffee up front with more hops appearing towards the finish and in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Excellent. Very smooth, relatively full body with well set carbonation.
Overall. Recommend version of this style.

- German style marzen lager.
A: Dark and rustic orange color, fairly dark in nature by style, is filled with a lively sense of carbonation visual. A building head is three fingers with a solid and cushy form. Lots of sticky lace deposits.
S: Soft caramel malted flowers opens the aroma. Fresh damp barley and buttered grains of good strength. Honest and natural nose.
T: Bready and caramel open the flavor, caramel malt sweetness provides a deep and rich backbone that was toasty and lightly dry. Very rich and full filling amount of noble flowers chime in along with a traditional bite of lager yeastiness on the close. Toasty, sweet and warming malt and flowers are wrapped together nicely.
M: Rich and bready mouthful, toasty and grainy.
O: Overall a great appearance does not disappoint in the follow through with a deep and toasty malt backing providing a big drinking experience.
