16 ounce can poured into a 22 ounce Applebees style glass. Dating info was smudged. Best by something/26/22. Any way you look at that, it's still ok.
L---Lightly cloudy, rich dark gold color. Medium white head faded down to a full cap. Tremendous lacing. A real looker.
S---Sweet & hoppy. Vague tropical fruits.
T---Sweet & fruity. Some pine and stone fruit.
F---Medium/full body. I don't know the ABV, but there's a little alcohol burn. Decent carbonation.
O---I'm really liking these Sterling Pig beers. This is a great local brewery. Gonna have to go visit them when Wifey is feeling better.
