Two alleged twelve ounce cans were emptied entirely into a clear glass liter mug. The contents of one of the cans was no greater than ten ounces, so buyers be ware. Squeezing the cans of a six-pack is recommended, if you want a fair deal. This is not the only occasion this has occurred with this label. Obviously, the somewhat less than twenty-four ounces fit easily inside a clear glass liter mug. It's a good-looking pour, with a proper off-white head above a hazy copper-amber liquid. The aroma is a nice balance of hops and malt, resulting in a very pleasant earthiness. That's also how it tastes, like a much more traditional IPA than a modern hazy with their softly fruity references. There's a pleasant malt and hop combination at the onset, then sharply piney hop bite to finish. It finishes cleanly, with only scant reminders of the malt, which is complex, adding as much earthy flavor as it does sweetness. The mouthfeel is excellent, although the glass lacing isn't. It's very tasty and would be highly recommended to those that like this style, if every can had twelve ounces in it.
Then, a trial of the draft version. There's a little less bite to the hops. Again, the mouthfeel is excellent, soft and smooth, but light enough to go down easily. This time, the glass lacing is substantial. Either way, this is a fine hazy.

A fairly solid NEIPA but not a top shelfer. Plenty of your good NEIPA flavor but lacks some of the grace of the studs in this genre.

Great beer. Latest favorite hazy. Had it recently on tap and in a crowler.

I like this hazy because it has oats in it which is always a plus for texture, and on top of that it is not a super-sweet
aftertaste that a lot of the NEIPA's have, which can be cloying. In other words I could drink more than 12 ounces!
And this is a year-round beer, just found out. Hurray! We will go to the brewery (25-minute drive) soon!
