Drawn from a tap and delivered in a nearly full clear pint glass it came. The brew is cloudy light apricot-amber in color, with a very modest, yet enduring off-white head. There is a whiff of lime and salt, with a little bready sweetness behind it. Here, you get what's advertised. To taste, there's some lime and salt. There's more bready sweetness than expected, which makes this only mildly tart. No doubt, that's what makes the mouthfeel fuller and smoother than most Goses. But, it seems to be at the expense of a tart or sour bite. Salt, too, sometimes can soften the tartness of some in this style. Another side to the body is that it leaves more glass lacing than many Goses. This is good just the way it is, but don't expect a lime and salt pucker.
