Slightly thin body with plenty of carbonation that dissipates quickly.
Aroma is a nice mix of malts, earthy hops, cereal and grain.
Taste follows the aroma with a bit of citrus peel which adds a bit of an acidity taste.
Overall jersey girl brewery puts out solid beers and this was one I would get again.

Man this is a great german pilsner clone! JG crafted an excellent pilsner for a hot summer day! I was so happy with my purchase and exactly what i was looking for in a fresh pilsner in the shadow of a Pilsner Urquell except actually fresh and in a 16 oz. can which you can’t get PU in! Was definitely

DATE: May 26, 2019... a beautiful day (with some good/not-so-good baseball) ends with a date with the Morgans and some more Breaking Bad... GLASSWARE: Penn State pilsner... honey-colored body is alive and well with a herd of bubbles feeding a weak tide of off-white head--looks fresh... reasonable Saaz aroma pings, but its metallic nature is subdue by soft floral notes, honey, sweet spices and fresh lager malts... as pilsners go, not outstanding either good or otherwise... sips smoothly and evenly, encouraging massive swigs at a swift pace--thin, fleeting, and slightly oily... a lightly toasted residual at the finish... toasted oats, sweet cereal malts, some lilac, honey--sharp in its sweetness--but otherwise a swift, refreshing drink that pairs well with Doritos and binge-watching... not a bad flagship, and at 4.5% ABV, sessionable and pleasing....

A good pils. The noble hops are a bit aggressive, but overall, not bad at all. One of the tastier Pilsners I've had.

Acquired a can in a trade with a NJ craft enthusiast. Attractive can design and I was very pleased with the contents. Seemed to be a decent rendition of a German-style pilsner. Only negative is that it might be a bit too sweet. Overall, however, although light in body, it was definitely a refreshing and easy-drinking beer. I wished my trade had included more than one of this Jersey Girl.
