On tap at the brewery.
Slightly hazed copper with a creamy off-white head that sticks well.
Catty, light pine, French onion.
Sweet onion, fresh cut pine, strong grapefruit pith over a solid, but unobtrusive caramel backbone. The bitterness is high and grates and satisfies like something from the west coast.
Medium body, gritty bitterness, and medium-high carbonation combine for an excellent mouthfeel.
This is a hit, it’s a bit of a cross between west coast hopping and east coast maltiness.
