A 5% abv Bavarian-Style Pils beer. Schönes translates to “Beautiful” and is pronounced “Shuh-nez”. This Beer is dry and light bodied with a mix of classic noble hops, Mittelfruh and Tettnanger and the more modern Saphir which allow the floral and fruit aromatic character to create a balanced, refreshing and crisp Pils. We originally created this beer in collaboration with Cargill & White Labs as a featured beer for the 2018 Craft Brewer's Conference. We were one of only 5 Breweries from across the country invited to participate in this program – and the only Brewery from Virginia.

Poured a cloudy, straw-gold body with some lace patches. Grassy, herbal, pils malt aroma. Medium body, slightly sticky, love the mild earthiness underneath a sweet pils malt taste. Easy to drink and enjoyed the sweet edge this beer carries.
